César Barajas
Chef César Barajas was born in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
From a young age, he discovered a passion for gastronomy, which led him to pursue studies in Culinary Arts. Upon completing his education, he embarked on a journey through Europe to further his professional training at a prestigious restaurant honored with three Michelin stars.
He currently serves as the Executive Chef at Quelite Private Chef, where, alongside Daniela, he creates authentic culinary experiences.


Daniela Rivera
Daniela Rivera was born in the city of San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
From an early age, she immersed herself in the world of gastronomy under the guidance of her grandmother, a renowned traditional cook, from whom she learned the art of cooking over an open fire and developed a deep appreciation for Mexican antojitos. Driven by this passion, she pursued studies in Culinary Arts in Puerto Vallarta and later collaborated on various gastronomic projects, including banquets, hotels, and restaurants.
Daniela currently serves as the Executive Chef at Quelite Private Chef, working alongside César to combine ideas and techniques, creating authentic gastronomic experiences.
